[DGD] Dumpfile format description

I wrote up a description of the dumpfile format used by DGD 1.1.
It's 50 kilobytes, a bit large to post to a mailing list, so I made it
available as <http://www.xs4all.nl/~dark/dumpfile-format.txt>.

The description should be useful to people who are writing a
standalone dumpfile scanner (like me :-), but also to people who want
to recover from dumpfile corruption or who just want to know how DGD
stores its data.  It may also shed some light on the runtime data
structures, but keep in mind that those are more complex.
