A month or two ago someone approached me about using the base lib code that
I was developing for DGD to implement an online support forum for their
company (Harborside Internet - Brookings, Oregon, USA) in a non-commercial
context.  He's subscribed to this mailing list as far as I know, so perhaps
he could tell you more about his intentions.  Arthur?
