[DGD] Square roots?

Greetings.

I'm in need of calculating point-to-point distances in 2-dimensional space.
Hence, I need a way of calculating the square root of a value.  Perhaps I
missed something along the way, but I can't find a way to do this with the
available functionality.  Thoughts?
