[DGD] GurbaLib v0.40

I have cleaned up a bit, and have compiled the first 'release' of my
lib. It isn't complete yet, but it might be a help for people wanting
to start something new. 

I've placed it on my personal machine temporarily, but I need a final
place to put it. I'll let you all know when I move it somewhere
else. For now, get it from ftp://myggen.fairplay.no/pub/gurba_0.40.tgz
