[DGD]Problem in 1.1.46->1.1.47 patch fixed

Erwin Harte's networking package effords uncovered a problem in the
patch from 1.1.46 to 1.1.47 yesterday.  The patch would fail on
the file dgd/src/data.h.  This was reported on the mailing list once
before, but at the time I failed to recognize that it pointed out
an actual problem.  I have now replaced the patch on the ftp site.  

The dgd-1.1.48.tar.gz file, also on the ftp site, is unaffected.
