[DGD]need software written

Hello, I need some help.  Actually it is not really a problem, but.  What
I need is a MUD written for dgd 1.1p7
What I want to be able to do is basically login and have basically be a
dosshell where I can modify a web site.
Can someone help me out?  If I throw this idea at my boss I might be able
to get some money to pay for it (it's a longshot but it might work, I
don't know?).
