[DGD]Step by step compilation instructions

Do a "make install".  Then you will find it in bin.

Well I think I successfully compiled everything, and changed everything that
needed to be changed. But I cant figure out where the driver executable is.
Like where to I type ./driver mud.dgd, I thought it was in bin, or src, but
its not.
