[DGD]Net package for 1.1.75 and beyond

I took it upon myself to upgrade the networking package to version 1.1.75:

    ftp://ftp.dworkin.nl/pub/dgd/pkg/net-11.1_dgd-1.1.75.gz

This version of the networking package is intended for DGD 1.1.75, but
will also work with later versions.  It can be used up to 1.1.85 with
only a single trivial patch problem (on dgd/Copyright), and should be
usable even for later versions if the patcher handles the patch of
dgd/src/kfun/std.c manually.  In all likelyhood, it will not work
for the forthcoming 1.1.89.
