Pike is a specific language, derived from LPC (through LPC4 and microLPC),
and not related to DGD in any way I believe.  It is also the name of the
only implementation (that I am aware of) written by Fredrik H\"ubinette,
and used by Idonex for their Roxen Challenger webserver.
