Changes for EPP 2.1:

 - Renamed dgd/src/lpc/lib/lib symlink to dgd/src/lpc/lib/__LIB__ (easier
   to distinguish when analyzing inherit_path/path_include results.

 - Cleaned up path_include() for auto- and driver-objects.

 - Added optional '!' prefix in dgd/src/lpc/list.epp, to indicate the
   exclusion of a file or directory-tree.  In case of multiple matches the
   last one is used.


An example of how this new feature is used:

  ----- Example dgd/src/lpc/list.epp -----
  # Precompile everything, but from /usr only the System objects:

    /
  ! /usr
    /usr/System/
