No.

_You_ can write support for HTTP in LPC, if you want to use it, doing
basic HTTP/1.0 support is not all that difficult.  HTTP/1.1 is quite
a bit more work, I wouldn't recommend that to anyone that wants to
stay sane. ;-)

Btw, the 'P' stands for protocol, saying 'http protocol' is a bit...
redundant.
