[DGD]DGD under Windows

What software is needed to compile and run DGD on a Windows 95
machine? I am toying with moving development to such a machine,
but have no compilers or any such thing for Windows. Is it
going to be enough of a hassle that I should just leave my
development on the Unix box where DGD already compiles and
runs just fine? I suspect the latter, but figure it's worth
asking what other people have done.
