[DGD]Revised release schedule

In the interest of releasing a new stable version, I've decided to
push back some features into 1.3, and release DGD 1.2 by the end of
the year.

Stuff left to do for 1.2:

 - extension interface
 - kernel library documentation

Features for 1.3:

 - full LPC documentation
 - MP support
 - IPv6 support

Interesting stuff added since the last stable release, 1.1:

 - parse_string()
 - query_ip_name(), send_datagram()
 - private inheritance
 - nil
 - millisecond resolution for callouts
 - ANSI C equivalent math functions
 - atomic functions
