[DGD]atomic functions

Atomic functions are starting to become useful.  With 1.1.97, it is
possible to perform object operations, such as compiling, cloning,
destructing and upgrading, within an atomic function.  Upgrading
all objects in your mudlib can now be an atomic operation -- very
nice if you don't want to deal with objects having more than one issue.

I expect to complete the implementation of atomic functions with
communications undo within the next week or so.
