[DGD] array_size

  Are there any disadvantages (memory overhead) to setting the maximum
size for arrays and mappings really high?  For example, is there a
performance difference between setting array_size to 100 and 100000,
assuming that in both cases the actual sizes of the mappings is the same
(say, under 50)?
