[DGD]New user object

Duh!!! forgot what i asked!!!

  I had not implemented the select function carefully... i created the
lib_user instead of my own usr/system/obj/user !!! ;o)

  Beside, what is the parameter of function

object select (string str)

 (in the telnet manager) used for ???
