Ok here is the output I get from telnet...
I don't see anything.  Should I see a church or something? Or is this what I
should see?

Get the right 2.4.5 lib for DGD:

    ftp://ftp.imaginary.com/pub/LPC/servers/DGD/lib/2.4.5-for-1.1.tgz
