[DGD]EPP 2.2

Changes for EPP 2.2:

    - Updated diffs to work for DGD 1.2 (Makefiles changed slightly).
    - Added atomic_error() in dgd/src/lpc/lib/epp/driver.c
    - Try to avoid opening used ports when doing the 'dry' compilation run.

The patch can be found at the (usual) places:

    ftp://ftp.imaginary.com/pub/LPC/servers/DGD/pkg/epp-2.2-dgd-1.2.gz

Although it is 'aimed at DGD 1.2', it should be possible to use it
with the 1.2.x branch, for current values of x.  A new version will be
released if DGD changes significantly enough to make patching a
problem.
