[DGD]Using DGD_STRING_NEW correctly...

	Yeah ok but this isn't a syntax thing.  I just typed that on the fly in
email it is not the real code... wanna see the real code that is producing
the leaks?  Its a pretty hefty function so I wanted to spare the list of the
gory details...

	My basic question is, if you use the same DGD_STRING_T variable with
DGD_STRING_NEW it leaks strings.
