[DGD]Compiling DGD

Hi :)

I'm having a bit of a problem with compiling the source code (along with the
ansi patch). I am using a Mac (OS 9) and I don't own Symantec C or Code
Warrior. I have something called MPW ...

Now I'm not sure how to compile everything together. Please if any one can
help with how I can compile it all. I'm sure MPW must be similar to Code
Warrior ... I just need to know how to make my own project and build the
files.

I'm sorry if this sounds really stupid, or I'm out of order asking ...

If any kind soul out there had a pre-compiled version 1.2 DGD for the Mac
with the ansi patch (or could help making one and emailing it) it would be
so appreciated :)
