[DGD] Creating a new Mudlib

This helps a great deal actually.

My other question was in regards to the 'expansion' of the kernel library 
... it was noted to add an init.c and a user.c inside the overview that 
comes with the driver. I was wondering if anyone could tell me exactly what 
this is doing?
