Just for the reocrd, this is something most users/mudlibs will never
notice as they use a nomask non-static function that is defined in the
auto-object where it puts some rlimits restrictions around the higher
level (lib, regular coders) creator function.

Question to Dworkin: In what version was this bug introduced?
