[DGD] Commercial use

Starting today, DGD is available for commercial use again, directly from
BeeHive Internet Technologies.  Quintus, which previously held an
exclusive license, is bankrupt and their license is terminated.

Licensing inquiries can be directed at <dgd-licensing at dworkin.nl>.  You
should realize that the situation at present is in a state of flux, and
we will probably create a new Copyright file, which at present is
identical to the old one, but with all reference to ichat/Acuity/Quintus
removed.

My plans:

 - DGD remains free for non-commercial use.
 - Non-profit organisations will be able to license DGD for a modest fee.
 - Other commercial use will be much more expensive, similar to what
   Skotos has been charging for a sublicense.
