  This is only sort of on topic, but I'll mention it anyhow.  I thought
that System had full rights, too, but I had a bug where I was trying to
compile something under /usr/common/lib/ and the wiztool compile_object
check (which checks for write access) said that System didn't.  So it
wouldn't compile it.
  I wound up specifically creating a System user and manually giving it
full privilege to work around this.
  Anyway.
