Using VC++ you can set the warning level of the compiler in Project>Settings
on the C/C++ tab. My compiler defaults to level 3 and gives approx 160
warnings. Setting the level to 'none' obviously gives no warnings, but of
course the warnings are still there - you just aren't being warned about
them.
