[DGD] DGD Forum

Ok... I appearntly forgot to mention that you need to register before gaining
access to the dgd forum.  You will also have to join the DGD group before
being able to post.  

I will adding phantasmal to the download since I don't currently have it and
it was suggested.  If there are any others feel free to suggest them.
