[DGD] GurbaLib available...

  Maybe other people noticed this already, but GurbaLib now appears to be
downloadable from the page that previously claimed you had to email the
author.  I've just grabbed a copy, and I'm quite impressed at its size and
scope...
  I'll need to play around more before I'm sure, but maybe 2.4.5 has been
finally unseated as the play-and-go MUDLib to beat.
