[DGD] Phantasmal 0.011 Released

  With updates to socials, mobiles and OLC.

  If you've been having trouble with Phantasmal's somewhat convoluted
syntax for making new objects, check out the new @make_room simplified
room OLC interface.  Similar @edit and @make_portable commands should
follow soon.

  If you've been having trouble with Phantasmal's somewhat
counterintuitive syntax for destroying objects then check out the new
all-purpose @delete command.  Easier to remember and versatile,
too.  Disclaimer:  code was finished today so it's not very well tested
yet.
