[DGD] New windows program

I have build a little program to help in building rooms (and mobs, items etc), it auto formats the .c files to cut down on those typo errors.

I've build for the one mudlib but I can modify it to work with any LPC based lib.
Have a look at the idea, and if you send me the standard room type files I'll have a go at building a version for you.
