[DGD] Phantasmal 0.013 Released

  Lucky number 13 is out the door and available to any and all of you.  
It's in the downloads section on SourceForge, as usual.

  The biggest change in this one is that object details work better.  They 
load and save happily, there's a user-friendly way to create them and 
they're inherited from parent objects.
  We've also got new code for exits and a better parser, but that's not 
useful to the end-user yet.  Next release maybe.
