[DGD] The function call_other

Hello. I am wondering where the function call_other can be found. I have to
edit it because i'm working with a system for rights and permissions for my
wizards.
I've searched the whole dgd directory but i can't seem to find it. Is it
compiled in the driver or what? Is it coded in LPC?

Would appreciate answers. Thanks.
