[DGD] lpcssh project

A small sourceforge project has started to continue development of
ssh in LPC.  It does not yet have anything like a web page, but you
can check out the latest version with cvs, using

  cvs -d :pserver:anonymous at cvs.sourceforge.net:/cvsroot/lpcssh login
  (hit return at the password prompt)
  cvs -d :pserver:anonymous at cvs.sourceforge.net:/cvsroot/lpcssh checkout sshd

Support has been added for automatic rekeying and public key
authentication, and a number of bugs have been fixed.
