  You're correct.  They are.  I have a generic data
format called UNQ (it's a lot like XML) that helps,
but it's still a lot of work.  The debate for or
against data files can wait for another day, though
:-)  Or you could go back and read the Phantasmal
forums, we've debated the point there several times.
