[DGD] Couple of Solaris issues.

Hey, just trying to build dgd on a Sun Sparc Solaris 7 system.  Here's what
I've found.

1) Libs: Solaris requires the '-lsocket -lnsl' libs be included with all
internet based apps.  Typical issue, easly resolved for me but anyway you can
address this in the Makefile?  Just curious.

2) Missing include: the unix based host/connect.c needs the <sys/file.h>
include as it turns out.  Else it doesn't build.  That an issue with other
OS's?  Just curious.

  Minor stuff over all.  Otherwise it works like a charm it seems so far.  I'm
still trying to get my bareing with it though.  Thanks!
