[DGD] 1.2.p4 with Network and Ansi

If anyone is interested and has space to host it, I have a 1.2.p4
version with Network and Ansi patched in, including a ansi.h file to
make using easier.
 
There is nothing else in it but the Network patch (from the 1.2p3
Network patch) and the Ansi patch.
