DGD on Windows now has to be compiled with VC++ 6.0 and a recent
platform SDK update.  I've renamed the Windows-specific host directory
from dgd/src/host/pc to dgd/src/host/win32.  Since diff doesn't like
patching binary files, the icons are not included in the patch and
you'll have to download the full 1.2.85 source distribution to
compile on Windows.  Also note the README file in the Windows host
directory, which I've updated for current compilation trouble.

This is the last of the planned big modifications to DGD before 1.3.
>From now on, it will be all bugfixes and minor changes.  Since I
think the current version is pretty stable, I urge everyone to
download it and try it out.
