I upgraded my library to 1.2.129 earlier and since then I've been  
seeing the error "Fatal error: bad pointer in m_free" before crashing.  
  I've not seen this before and figured it might be something not  
quite right with the patch.

Is this a driver error or likely to be me?  If it's a driver error, is  
there anything I can do to help track it?
