We can't look inside your head and nobody is interested in reading your 
letter three times up and down trying to guess what you might possibly 
be trying to say.

Please communicate what you are expecting to find, what you are finding 
instead, and why this is wrong. The language barrier might be irritating 
to you but that's even more reason to put some effort into it.
