[DGD] 1.2.138

That was written by Richard Braakman, Erwin Harte, Neil McBride and Michael
Bergbauer. I modified those patches to work with modern versions of DGD and
added non blocking connects.

Will make a new version available later tonight, the current one was made
against an incorrect Makefile.
