[DGD] phantasmal website down, then back up new again

I will soon be running some phantasmal test servers on necronomicorp.
An update to the phantasmal website reflects these plans.

Also, shell and svn servers at sourceforge seem to be fighting.  This
resulted in a 1-minute downtime while I marshalled everything through
my flash drive (ick...).

Any suggestions, as always, email me.

At any rate, my apologies for the downtime.  Hopefully my latest
support ticket @ sf will shed some light on what the heck happened.
