[DGD] Phantasmal takeover official

I think the first thing I'll push for is to get the Seas of Night
sample game out the door, and hopefully, also running on tripleflonk's
kindly lent server as a test mud.

I got the idea when I ran across a design document in
/Innsmouth/PirateGame.html on the phantasmal website...and funnily
enough, Seas of Night is also the name of the sample game included in
bundled phantasmal...

...Coincidence?
