[DGD] DGD/MP version 1.1

I've bumped the version number of DGD/MP to 1.1.  While there are still
bugs, most things now work, and the internal architecture has stabilized.
Many internal bottlenecks have been eliminated, and the current version
has the potential to scale well.

The first version with a source code release will be 1.2.  I expect that
it will be ready within a few months.  Before that, I intend to release
binary-only beta versions for a few platforms including linux, starting
in a few weeks.
