[DGD] Returning to the list

I have decided to start participating on the mailing list again.
While the reprieve from the incessant whining has been very helpful
in getting DGD/MP to version 1.1, a public release will generate new
feedback that is best handled on this list.

However, I will be picky in what I choose to respond to, and may turn
on list moderation at some time in the future.
