[DGD] Kotaka & Phantasmal repositories reorganized

Anyone following us on sourceforge, be advised:

Each mudlib's:

mudlib, test muds, web site, and test site

Have now been split off into their own git repositories

Subdirectories containing separate components are now in their own
repositories and the core mudlib parts have been elevated to the root mudlib
directory.

Kotaka's new layout:

gitroot/kotaka/mudlib
gitroot/kotaka/testmud
gitroot/kotaka/website
gitroot/kotaka/testsite

Phantasmal's new layout:

gitroot/phantasmal/mudlib
gitroot/phantasmal/testmud-lovecraft
gitroot/phantasmal/testmud-son
gitroot/phantasmal/website
gitroot/phantasmal/testsite
