Ok, here's the original message as first sent, nixed with the forwarding
baloney.



I just heard back from the FSF regarding interaction between the developer
policy and the AGPLv3:

There is NO conflict.

The developer policy only regulates development which takes place BEFORE the
contributions are melded with the phantasmal project and thus come under the
scope of the AGPLv3.  once part of phantasmal, the developer policy ceases
to apply and the AGPLv3 takes over.

In fact, the agent I spoke with actually encouraged this sort of policy
making, and a cheery wish of good luck.
