svn://wotf.org/dgd-devel and svn://wotf.org/dgd-devel-net have been updated to
dgd 1.3.1

Also, a possible crash in the network package was fixed.

A new patch against dgd 1.3.1 can be found at:

Note that this no longer includes the kernel library. I'm working on a new
release of that, but that may take some time.
