[DGD] network package update, full distribution and patch file

After some more testing yesterday, adding a little documentation, and bumping
the version number, I updated the repository (svn://wotf.org/dgd-devel-net/)

I also made a downloadable complete version:
http://wotf.org/downloads/dgd-1.2.157-NET-05.tar.gz

I also made a patch from 1.2.157 to 1.2.157-NET-05:
http://wotf.org/downloads/dgd-1.2.157-NET-05.patch

(note that the patch is included in the full package so you can revert it back
to a 'vanilla' dgd version if so desired)
