[DGD] Hydra 1.1.28

Now that it is nearing completeness and a more widespread release, I
have decided to give DGDMP a new name: Hydra, which is both easier to
pronounce and more intuitively linked to multi-processing.  Moreover,
Hydra's habit of growing back heads that have been cut off maps nicely
to threads that restart after being rolled back.

There are many other software and hardware projects by the same name,
but I think that mine is actually the best match. :)
