[DGD] DGD 1.4.4 released

DGD 1.4.4 has been released, and is available for download from
http://dgdhub.org/filemgmt/viewcat.php?cid=5 and soon also from
http://sourceforge.net/projects/dgd-osr/ (once they managed to update and sync
this 0.5mb file to the remainder of their servers...)

New in this release:
- dynamic linking support for extensions
- catch up with dumpfile format changes in Hydra
