[DGD] LPC Extensions 0.5

Version 0.5 of the LPC extension project includes two kfun packages,
for the regexp() and the lower_case() kfuns.  These can be built as
dynamically loaded modules, which can be utilized by Hydra 1.1.31 and
r124 of the baseline branch of DGD.  For example:

    dgd -e regexp.0.5 config_file
